Contest Rules & Guidelines

🏠 Nominations

• Residents may nominate their own home or a neighbor's home.

• Each nomination must include the home's address and photos of its Halloween decorations.

• All nominated homes must be submitted by October 24, 2026.

🗳️ Voting

• Each person may cast one vote.

🏆 Winner Responsibilities

• The first-place winner is not eligible for nomination the following year.

• The first-place winner is responsible for providing both the first- and second-place prizes for the following year's contest.

• If of the nominated houses do not wish to participate in the contest, they must notify the contest organizers so their home can be removed from the contest.

🧡 Community Spirit

• Please enjoy the decorated homes respectfully and remember that these are our neighbors' homes.
